In fall 2006, Alpha Phi Fraternity launched an innovative
initiative for collegiate members. This exciting and
new program is intended to help our collegians become
leaders of
tomorrow.
The Leadership Initiative is based upon our
values,
the cornerstone of our
sisterhood.
It provides a sense of accountability, responsibility and
integrity among its participants and is meant to promote a
feeling of
loyalty
and
lifetime
commitment
to Alpha Phi. There are
three main components of the Leadership Initiative:
Chapter-based education, the Emerging Leaders Institute, and
an opportunity for alumnae connection.
