Recent Acquisitions 

Iota Omicron Chapter-Worcester Polytechnic Institute
The Iota Omicron Chapter at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) was installed in April 2011. The house was purchased in April 2012. The local house corporation engaged a local interior designer to modify this residential home, located near campus, to meet the needs of the collegiate members.
























Epsilon Beta-Butler University
Epsilon Beta Chapter was installed in May 1967. The chapter house, located on the University grounds, was constructed in 1976 and accommodates 76 students. The local house corporation, with the assistance of a resident house director, oversees the day-to-day operation and management of the facility.

Beta Sigma-University of Utah
Beta Sigma Chapter was re-installed on March 23, 2012. A private residence was recently purchased on Greek Row, and is being renovated under the supervision of the Fraternity's Director of Housing. A house corporation will be identified and assume responsibility for the management and operation when the facility is ready for occupancy in fall of 2013.


Delta Gamma-Northern Colorado
Delta Gamma Chapter was installed in November 1960. The house and carriage house build in 1913 is a a beautiful example of a Foursquare style home, and was the 9th house placed on the Greeley historic registry. The property was purchased from a Delta Gamma alumnae.


Eta Alpha-New Hampshire
Eta Alpha Chapter was installed in 1986. The original structure was built over 50 years.  In 1985, the facility was enlarged to accommodate 50 students. The house is a beautiful example of New England architecture. The local house corporations, with the assistance of a resident house director, oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the facility. (More photos coming soon.)
