Job Title:                     Collegiate Training Task Force Leader

Reports To:                 Chair, Collegiate Chapter Strategy Committee


The role of the Collegiate Training Task Force Leader is to assist with the development of programs, materials and resources for an assigned collegiate program area.

Key Job Elements:

  • Attend and participate in CrossFIT training and meetings
  • Work collaboratively with other task force leaders to ensure a cross-functional understanding of all areas affecting collegiate chapter health
  • Use that understanding to effectively develop training materials that contribute effectively to positive chapter health
  • Recruit and manage task force members for specific, short assignments that will typically analyze best practices in a specific area and develop one or more resources for collegiate chapters based upon that analysis
  • Lead calls and activities that facilitate the timely completion of assignments

Position Specifications: 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Alpha Phi leadership / advisory experience
  • Broad knowledge and expertise in collegiate chapter health
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: 
    • Collegiate Recruitment
    • Marketing and Social Media
    • Membership Engagement
    • Collegiate Chapter Operations

Other Skills

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate the completion of tasks punctually
  • Strong group facilitation, leadership and delegation skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze and report on data and trends


  • Estimated time commitment of 10 to 20 hours per month
  • Must be a member in good standing as defined by the Fraternity's Constitution and Bylaws
