The Chapter Leadership Development (CLD) program is a series of educational sessions that focuses on Alpha Phi values and how they apply to our lives as sisters, leaders and members of society.
Each academic year new sessions will be created for chapters to utilize in their chapter programming. This will continue expanding the library of sessions chapters can use for program meetings, during chapter/sisterhood retreats, or for general chapter programming. All sessions can be accessed at any time in our CLD Online Library, found here.
The sessions don't have to be completed in any particular order, and chapter officers and advisors determine which sessions a chapter will do. CLD sessions can be facilitated by a collegiate chapter officer or member, any of the chapter advisors, Educational Leadership Consultants, or volunteer alumnae facilitators.
