Susan Chritton is an Executive Coach, Master Personal Brand Strategist, and author of Personal Branding for Dummies. She guides professionals looking to engage their authentic self in the world through personal branding. She facilitates programs in personal branding, strengths-based leadership, and career management. With her wealth of credentials and extensive experience in career development, she is able to draw on her ability to identify each individual's uniqueness and then arrange the variables in his or her life to map out a strategic direction.
As a Career Strategist, Susan uses personal branding methodologies, combined with her skill as a Master Career Counselor and Coach to bring direction, creativity and renewed enthusiasm to professionals. Susan takes a client through the process of looking within to discover not just what they can do but who they are. Her clients appreciate her solid grounded approach and trust her guidance through the coaching process.

Susan holds a Master of Education Degree in Career Education from St. Mary's College, a Post-Master's Certificate in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University, and is a Certified Professional Coach of the Hudson Institute. Her professional certifications include Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), National Certified Career Counselor (NCCC), Master Career Counselor (MCC), Career Management Fellow Practitioner (CMF), Reach Personal Branding Strategist, and is a Certified Social Media Career Strategist.
Actively embodying the principles of work/life balance, Susan is involved in non-profit organizations that support her community. She serves on the Advisory Board for Wardrobe for Opportunity, is the Sustaining Director for the Junior League of Oakland/East Bay and is on the President's Leadership Council for John F. Kennedy University. Susan spends her free time traveling the world, partaking in book clubs, and riding her red Vespa. Her book - Personal Branding for Dummies - was published in 2012.
