Pre-paid Convention package includes room stay, taxes and tariffs, housekeeping gratuities, meals and registration fee for one person as specified in the Early Bird, Regular, Late, Weekend, Advisor Academy or A La Carte packages.- Your Convention package does not include room service, recreational fees or items provided in your room by the hotel.
- Attendees will be roomed with like colleagues in double bedded rooms unless a roommate preference is specified or a single room is indicated and payment included in the registration payment.
- All rooms in our block are non-smoking. The Arizona Biltmore is a smoke-free environment.
