Registration Fees
EARLY BIRD FULL REGISTRATION – REGISTER BY MARCH 15, 2012 $1,030.00
The all-inclusive Convention Early Bird Registration is $1,030.00. It includes attendee’s registration fee, lodging for four room nights, taxes and tariffs, housekeeping gratuities, roundtrip airport transfers, four continental breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners, meal taxes and gratuities (based on double occupancy).
Early Bird Registration does not include airfare.
REGULAR FULL REGISTRATION – REGISTER BY MAY 10, 2012 $1,095.00
The all-inclusive Regular Full Registration is $1,095.00. It includes attendee’s registration fee, lodging for four room nights, taxes and tariffs, housekeeping gratuities, roundtrip airport transfers, four continental breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners, meal taxes and gratuities (based on double occupancy).
Regular Full Registration does not include airfare.
LATE FULL REGISTRATION – REGISTER BY JUNE 7, 2012 $1,300.00
The all-inclusive Late Full Registration is $1,300. It includes attendee’s registration fee, lodging for four room nights, taxes and tariffs, housekeeping gratuities, roundtrip airport transfers, four continental breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners, meal taxes and gratuities (based on double occupancy).
Late Full Registration does not include airfare.
WEEKEND OPTION $750.00
Weekend Convention Registration includes double-occupancy hotel accommodations from Friday, June 29 – Sunday, July 1, 2012, meals beginning with Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, roundtrip airport transfers. Price does not include guest registration. If you require a single room, please select SINGLE ROOM CHARGE. If you would like to bring a guest, please select GUEST REGISTRATION and SINGLE ROOM CHARGE.
A LA CARTE PRICING OPTION $275.00
A La Carte Pricing Option allows you to choose overnight accommodations and meals separately. If you wish to choose a la carte options, please choose from the items in the optional items section of the registration. A LA CARTE PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE GROUND TRANSPORTATION. If you need ground transportation, please select from the menu of optional items.
PRE-,POST- CONVENTION OVERNIGHT ROOM
If you would like to stay prior to or after Convention, overnight room rates are $189.00 per night. Please indicate the number of nights you would like to stay. Please list the dates in the additional notes box following guest information.
SINGLE ROOM CHARGE
If you prefer a single room (rather than share with another Alpha Phi), the additional charge is $92.50 per night. Please indicate the number of nights you would like.
GUEST ROOM CHARGE
Guest room charge includes overnight accommodations with a Convention attendee in one room. Please indicate the number of room nights you will be paying for a single room to accommodate your guest. The additional charge is $92.50 per night.
GUEST GROUND TRANSPORTATION
If your guest requires ground transportation from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the hotel and back to the airport, charge is $94.00 roundtrip. Please indicate the number of individuals requiring ground transportation.
A LA CARTE BREAKFAST
Breakfast charge is $24.00 per day. Please indicate the number of days you will require.
A LA CARTE LUNCH
Lunch charge is $46.00 per day. Please indicate the number of days you will require.
A LA CARTE DINNER
Dinner charge is $75.00 per day. Please indicate the number of days you will require.
A LA CARTE CANDLELIGHT BANQUET
Candlelight banquet charge is $88.00. Please indicate if your guest would like to attend.
ADVISOR ACADEMY
The cost for Advisor Academy is $375.00. Advisor Academy begins with dinner on Tuesday, June 26. The registration fee includes lodging for one night, dinner on June 26, breakfast and lunch on June 27 and all training materials.
HOUSE CORPORATION BOARD ACADEMY
The cost for House Corporation Board Academy is $795.00. House Corporation Board Academy begins with dinner on Friday, June 29. The registration fee includes lodging for two nights, Friday dinner through Sunday lunch on July 1, ground transportation and all training materials.
Please note: You are able to edit the travel portion of your registration by using your confirmation number, which you will receive when you submit your form.
If you do not have all your travel details confirmed, please complete the registration form and add that information at a later date.
Please note about meals: Only those attendees with special dietary instructions as indicated on their registration information will receive a special meal ticket. These meal tickets will be issued when you arrive at the hotel. We will do our best to accommodate your special needs.
