Airfare is not included in any of the registration packages; however, the Fraternity will pay one-half the cost of airfare for the alumnae chapter delegate.

Flight arrangements should be secured early and finalized by May 10, 2012.

Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa is accessible from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Flying into another airport will require authorization from Alpha Phi International. Convention attendees may contact Alpha Phi’s official travel consultant, Kim Pease Criscuolo (Gamma Iota-Texas Tech), to book their travel. Kim may be contacted at 800.952.1998 or kcriscuolo@cctrvl.com. You may also book your travel on your own, if you prefer.

Collegiate delegates (chapter presidents) need to be at the hotel on Wednesday, June 27,2012 by 3:00 p.m. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Alumnae chapter delegates who book their airfare through Alpha Phi’s official travel consultant will have their airfare charged directly to Alpha Phi’s account. Alumnae chapter delegates who choose to book the airfare on their own will need to submit a completed Alpha Phi expense report form along with documentation showing the cost of the airfare. Requests for airfare reimbursement need to be submitted by July 13, 2012.

You must provide your flight number, airline and arrival and departure times on your registration form to be assured of ground transportation (airport transfers). Ground transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor to the hotel and back is included if you register for one of the Convention registration packages. Ground transportation can also be purchased separately. See the registration information for ground transportation costs. Detailed ground transportation instructions will be available closer to Convention.
