Alpha
Phis with demonstrated leadership skills and a desire to
work/travel in various regions of the United States and
Canada are encouraged to apply. All applicants must
graduate from college by the official start date
(generally in July) and generally apply the summer/fall
of their senior year.
Job Responsibilities
-
Interact with chapter officers, advisors, and University
staff
-
Provide
ideas, support, and resources to chapter for continuous
improvement
-
Support
chapter through events such as polish week, recruitment,
officer transition, initiation, and philanthropy events
-
Facilitate workshops in recruitment, leadership
training, and general education as needed
-
Work
with Executive Office (EO) staff to support chapters and
provide assistance when needed

The ELC
position is a salaried position with full medical

Alpha
Phi International and her chapters provide all travel,
lodging, and meal expenses

Vacation days are given each semester along with paid
Thanksgiving and December holiday breaks

ELC receives a laptop computer and travel case provided
for the duration of the position

consultants have individual credit cards for business
expenses

All
frequent flyer miles obtained during the position are
kept by the consultant
Professional Consultants
The
responsibilities of the educational leadership
consultant position range from financial analyst to
corporate trainer, from marketing specialist to
entrepreneur, from risk manager to public relations
liaison. The position provides a strong foundation to
any career field. Our consultants go on to take a
variety of different career paths, but they all have one
thing in common: an experience they will never forget
and an opportunity of a lifetime.
