Applications for the 2012-2013 ELC position will be accepted between August 1st and October 3rd, 2011.


The ELC position requires three parts for your application to be complete:


 1.  Complete the Application.  The application is comprised of basic information, a short essay section, a current photo, and a professional resume.  The application must be filled out online. We are no longer accepting applications by mail or fax.

2.  Three Reference Forms.  You must have three references fill out the Alpha Phi Reference Form One of the references must come from a member of your chapter's Advisory Board.  However, all three references do not need to be from Alpha Phi members.  The reference forms may be submitted in the following ways:
   a)  The form may be scanned and emailed to elc@alphaphi.org
   b)  The evaluator may send in the form directly to the Executive Office:

   c)  The evaluator may sign and fax the form directly to the Executive Office (Attn: ELC Reference Form, fax: 847.475.6820)


3.  Resume, Photo and Slide Essay. Email your professional resume, a current photo, and your slide essay (short answer question #4) to elc@alphaphi.org
