
Position Summary: Assist collegiate chapters in developing program relating to: recruitment, marketing, program development and chapter operations. This role may allow you to work with one chapter, a series of chapters or chapters within a region of North America.
Key Job Elements: • Identify chapter strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies for creative problem solving • Provide feedback and follow-up with chapters • Generate organized and detailed reports and make recommendations to Alpha Phi staff, officers, and volunteers • Represent Alpha Phi to campus administrators, other Greek groups, and representatives of The National Panhellenic Conference • Investigate campuses for possible extension opportunities, participate in colonization, and lead on-site colony development efforts when required • Attend all training and debriefing meetings • Other duties as assigned

Greek professionalsPosition Specifications: EducationFour-year college degree Experience 2-4 years of experience as a member of an Alpha Phi collegiate chapter KnowledgeKnowledge of the Greek system required Proficient in Microsoft Word/Windows ’95 and familiarity with Excel or similar spreadsheet software Other Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple projects at one time
