be a news producer. In
1993, she joined ABC as
a Researcher for “PrimeTime Live.” Only a few years
later, she was promoted to Vice President and
Executive Assistant to the President, ABC, Inc. By 1998,
she was appointed Vice President, Alternative Series and

Bonnie Lemon (Beta Delta - UCLA)
Bonnie created the "Fabulous Life of an Alpha Phi"
video that has had a major impact on both individual

strength over the past several years. She came up with
the idea originally for UCLA recruitment, but
immediately saw the potential for it to be used at other
chapters. Bonnie was responsible for virtually all
aspects of the development of the video from ideation to
scripting to video conversion. She donated the time she
spent on the video and paid for development expenses out
of pocket. She persuaded the digital media artist who
translated her vision for the Alpha Phi version of
"Fabulous Life" graphics to donate his time to the
project. Bonnie has also worked with many other Alpha
Phi chapters to adapt scripts and the music for their
campuses. Approximately 55-60 chapters have utilized the
video to date in recruitment. Chapters have posted
unprecedented gains in recruiting strength as a result
