Transportation: You are responsible for providing your own transportation to Cleveland.
On-site parking is available for $27.00 per day self-park and $32.00 per day valet.
Off-site parking is available for $2.50 hourly or $12.00 daily.
If you are flying: Schedule flights to arrive on Wednesday, June 22 by 6:00 p.m. to participate in the Opening Dinner. Unless you are participating in the Housing Academy, departures are anytime on Sunday, June 26.

Flight arrangements will need to be finalized by June 1st and noted on the registration form in order to be eligible for ground transportation.

Those eligible to vote during Convention include collegiate chapter presidents (collegiate chapter delegates), chapter advisors and alumnae chapter presidents (alumnae chapter delegates), International Executive Board directors, Foundation Board directors, National Panhellenic Conference delegates, Collegiate Chapter Managers and Alumnae Engagement Managers.

Weekend registration (double occupancy) $ 775.00

A La Carte registration provides the attendee with the option of selecting which activities she would like to select. It also allows for her to select activities for her guest, if applicable.

Alpha Phi will be hosting Advisor Academy at the hotel prior to Convention, beginning on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 with dinner. Please plan to arrive by 5:00pm. Q: Who may attend Convention? All members, their families and friends are invited! Q: What is the registration deadline? Registration materials and additional information are available at www.alphaphi.org/events. The early bird registration deadline is March 15, 2016.
Q: How much does it cost to attend? The all-inclusive Convention early bird package is $1,175.00. It includes attendee's registration fee, four room nights, taxes and tariffs, housekeeping gratuities, roundtrip airport transfers, four buffet breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners, meal taxes and gratuities (based on double-occupancy) plus all convention and programming materials. Q: How do I make flight arrangements? Due to the heavy summer travel during the convention season, flight arrangements must be secured early and finalized by June 1, 2016 in order to take advantage of the group ground transportation arrangements. Group ground transportation instructions will be in Convention 2016 materials posted at www.alphaphi.org.
Q: Will there be any time to sightsee? Convention is always a busy time for delegates. Alpha Phi International recommends you travel early or extend your stay after Convention to take advantage of all there is to see and do nearby. If you book through Alpha Phi, you can secure our special room rate. See the spring issue of the Quarterly.
