Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the Collegiate
Membership Department including Executive Office
and remote staff members.
Primary Accountabilities:

Strategically manage all aspects of collegiate
membership, including chapter health and
support, recruitment and operational processes
and procedures.

including Executive Office and remote staff
members.

Act as leader during times of chapter based
crisis. Handle Crisis Management and direct

Position Summary:
Responsible for the strategic management of
chapter operations support. This position
provides phone and email support to chapter
advisers, chapter officers and regional team
members, while organizing and interpreting
reports and chapter data. Includes both
day-to-day activities as well as longer term,
strategic efforts. Key relationships are with
collegiate officers, volunteers and Student
Affairs personnel.

PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Summary:
Responsible for development and implementation
of programs and services to involve and benefit
alumnae. Responsible for communication with
alumnae chapters and general alumnae membership.
Key Job Elements:

Execute programs and services to involve and
benefit alumnae members.

Manipulate and extract data from the
membership database, including alumnae and collegiate chapter listing requests as well
as updating lost member webpage.

Assist and support International Alumnae
Dues solicitation strategy, including
fulfillment process.
-
Work to strengthen alumnae relations in
collegiate chapters.
-
Support design and copy components of Senior
Magazine.
-
Research and develop networking events for
young alumnae.
-
Serve as a primary contact for the Alumnae
Chapter Presidents and a secondary contact
for the Alumnae Membership Coordinators (AMCs)
and Alumnae Strategy Team (AST).
-
Coordinate regular mailings to alumnae
chapters, including the development of
contents.

Collect and analyze alumnae reports
submitted from AMCs and Alumnae Chapter
Presidents.

Oversee all aspects of the alumnae chapter
chartering process.

Manage the Alumnae Initiation program.
-
Coordinate all revisions of department
modules, Alumnae Officers’ Manual, and other
documents.

Monitor all Web page updates in regards to
alumnae chapters.

Manage Little Dipper program for legacies.
-
Assist Director with preparation and
monitoring of budget for the department.

Respond promptly and thoroughly to all
communication requiring/requesting alumnae
information and assistance.

assigned.

Position Summary:
Assist collegiate chapters in developing program
relating to: recruitment, marketing, program
development and chapter operations. This role may allow
you to work with one chapter, a series of chapters or
chapters within a region of North America.

Identify chapter strengths and weaknesses and develop

Provide feedback and follow-up with chapters
