The Chapter Leadership Development (CLD) program is a series of educational sessions that focuses on Alpha Phi values and how they apply to our lives as sisters, leaders and members of society.
For the 2012-2013 academic year there are 13 CLD sessions a chapter can utilize to enhance their chapter programming. Each month one of the sessions will be featured on the homepage of CLD online. However, all sessions can be accessed at any time in our CLD online library.
The sessions don't have to be completed in any particular order, and chapter officers and advisors determine which sessions a chapter will do. CLD sessions can be facilitated by a collegiate chapter officer or member, any of the chapter advisors, Educational Leadership Consultants, or volunteer alumnae facilitators.
