Alpha Phi will host the 2016 Housing Academy at the 71st Biennial Convention in Cleveland, Ohio. House Corporation Board members and Chapter Property Committee members are strongly encouraged to participate in this weekend of learning, sharing, and strategizing.  

Sessions will include the following topics: Efficient Day-to-Day Operations, Planning Ahead - What to Do When You Need a Crystal Ball, Conquering Contracts and Contract Issues, Service Animal vs. Emotional Support Animal, Recruitment Support Strategies to Help the Chapter Succeed and Keep the House Full, Interior Design: Working with Alpha Phi Logos and Trademarks, Facility Security, and many more with special guest presenters! 

Sessions will begin at 2 pm on Friday, June 24th and will conclude at 2 pm on Sunday, June 26th. Alpha Phi is also excited to announce that the Housing Department is available to meet with individual HCBs or CPCs Friday morning, June 24th from 9 am - lunch to answer any questions including long-term planning, budgeting, Bylaws, etc. Please contact Crista Kieffer if your HCB or CPC is interested in signing up for a 30-minute time slot

  2. Read through the information and scroll to the bottom to register. 
  3. Log into the website. 
  4. Register as an Alumna Non-Voting Delegate if arriving earlier in the week (or Voting Delegate if appropriate based upon another role you have with the Fraternity) or Weekend Only if you are arriving on Friday. 
  5. Complete the contact information and view the additional activities. Please make sure you include the "Housing Academy Lunch, Sunday June 26 - $48.00" AND"Housing Academy - $0". This will ensure you are registered correctly.
